## 1️⃣ Return Eligibility

✅ Returns are accepted within *7 days of delivery*.

✅ Items must be:

* Unused and unwashed.

* In original packaging with tags intact.

* Free from perfume, makeup, or damage.

⚠️ Returns are *not accepted* for:

* Innerwear, socks, or sale items (due to hygiene reasons).

* Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

## 2️⃣ How to Request a Return

   * Order number

   * Item details

   * Reason for return

   * Photos if the item is damaged/incorrect

2. Our team will review and confirm the return eligibility.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

## 3️⃣ Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

## 4️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed within *5-7 business days* to your original payment method.

✅ You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

*Note:* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

* We will prioritize replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
